Abstract
This book will include the American Heart Association's newest guidelines, which released in 2005. The format lends itself to studying alone or with a partner. Chapters include fundamental algorithm protocols. Major updates to this information occur approximately every five years. Recertification is every year from the Red Cross, and every two years from the American Heart Association.
