Abstract
Autoethnography is a powerful research method for exploring integral human development by acknowledging lived experience as an insightful source. By reflecting on personal narratives within broader cultural, social, and developmental contexts, autoethnography enables individuals and communities to make sense of identity, meaning, and transformation across lifespans. As a tool for wayfinding, it supports deeper self-awareness and ethical orientation in complex environments. Autoethnography bridges the inner experience with external systems, contributing to more holistic understanding of human growth that integrates, cognitive, emotional, cultural, and spiritual dimensions. This book explores the transformational potential of autoethnography.
