Abstract
Distal biceps brachii tendon rupture is a relatively uncommon injury that can be associated with substantial functional and financial impairment due to pain and weakness. Repair of the distal biceps brachii tendon to the bicipital tuberosity on the proximal radius has shown excellent functional outcomes. This chapter describes the surgical technique for completing a distal biceps brachii tendon repair and provides an overview of contemporary results. © 2022 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
