cavernous malformation familial hemorrhage Radiosurgery seizures surgical approaches
Cavernous malformations represent one of the major types of vascular lesions treated by neurosurgeons. In this chapter, we discuss the pathologic features, genetic predispositions, and clinical presentations of this disease. We review the management techniques involved in these lesions, which occur in all parts of the central nervous system and can often present treatment dilemmas.
