Abstract

Chiari network Crista terminalis Eustachian valve Moderator band
Normal cardiac structures may resemble tumors or give the impression of a mass. The Eustachian valve, Chiari network, and crista terminalis of the right atrium, as well as the moderator band and prominent trabeculae of the right ventricle, can mimic mass lesions. This chapter reviews these common normal cardiac structures that can be confused for mass lesions.
