Abstract

World War (1939-1945) Holocaust, Jewish (1939-1945) Nazis Genocide Germany Holocaust Studies Political Science
David Fraser's provocative latest entry into Holocaust literature blends law, politics, ethics, philosophy, history, and scholarship on medicine. Therefore, in addition to representing a fresh contribution, its real value may be its potential to jumpstart a new, interdisciplinary conversation on a topic that has yet to be adequately addressed: the legality of the Nazi regime's legislative perpetration of the Holocaust in Germany from 1933 to 1945.
