Abstract
This study looks at the benefits, critical success factors, and barriers to e-procurement implementation as perceived by purchasing or procurement executives and practitioners. In addition, it looks into the types of goods purchased through e-procurement, cost savings gained, and the means of e-procurement deployed by the firm. This study applied the survey method using both mailed in questionnaires and an online version of the instrument addressed to a random sample of procurement managers and professionals listed in the roster of the Institute for Supply Management and the Council of Logistics Management.
