Abstract
PURPOSE|Students learn best by leading their cohorts and taking charge of their learning activities. The course-embedded team-based leadership activity can provide them a unique opportunity for working with their team members to share responsibilities and find solutions of the class-problems. This can motivate students to be a self-learner for the benefits of others (e.g. classmates) in the true spirit of "men and woman for and with others" as well as "magis".
