Abstract

Poster
This purpose of this project was to assess the effectiveness of a new proposal construction course for students in the Doctoral Program in Interdisciplinary Leadership (The EdD program). A mixed approach was used combining student survey data, archival program data on the length of time it takes students to reach their proposal defenses, and faculty interview data. These data will be used to enhance the proposal construction course and proposal process for EdD students.
