Abstract
Knowledge of strengths and weaknesses can inform improvement initiatives that can expand the range of leadership and teaching responses used by staff and faculty (Rath & Conchie, 2008). Asking for and receiving feedback is one important way individuals can identify areas for improvement, plan for future growth, and drive engagement (Zenger & Folkman, 2012). Within Creighton's strategic theme of achieving academic excellence this faculty development project sought to help the Ed.D. in Interdisciplinary Leadership Program faculty and staff build, support, and protect Creighton's academic reputation and cultivate intellectual rigor and trustworthiness that impact student experience.
