Abstract
The first section of the Plain National Bank case presents to the student a relatively simple problem ... a change in proximity of interrelated departments. The problem is not centered in the change of proximity but the effects this move would have on status, work flow and float within and among the Proof and Transit departments. | Plains National Bank -B, is centered around the Proof departments holdover problem. The problem as presented in the case to the student is directly or in many cases indirectly related to the cost (direct expense), scheduling, and wage and salary aspects which the student must reconcile before solving Proofs holdover problem.
