Abstract
Modern education would have us believe that man— body and soul—may enter into the Kingdom of Heaven by many winding ways. |The Catholic Philosophy of Education elected but one definite route, the road that Christ indicated when He said, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life." We have but to observe the two conspicuous signposts on this highway, and live up to the two great commandments, the Love of God and the Love of our Neighbor, and we shall keep to this highway that leads to Eternity. It is the first duty of religious instructors to teach youth, both by precept and example, that true happiness lies in keeping to this straight and narrow highway.
