Abstract
This video will identify clinical factors associated with potential benefit of appendectomy during surgical intervention for chronic pelvic pain. We will present a clinical example of a rare complication, internal hernia with associated small bowel obstruction following laparoscopic appendectomy and highlight management and potential prevention of this complication.
