Abstract
Introduction: Whole Lung Lavage (WLL) is a therapeutic treatment for patients with Pulmonary Alveolar Proteinosis (PAP). Case Presentation: A 60 year old female with PAP, associated hypoxia requiring 2L of oxygen by nasal cannula, and exertional dyspnea presented for therapeutic whole lung lavage.
