Abstract
Congenital intrahepatic arterioportal fistula is a rare entity that most often presents with symptoms of portal hypertension and malabsorption. We discuss a patient who presented with distributive shock, congestive heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, ascites, and a history of severe constipation. (C) 2011 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
