Abstract

Impetigo, ecthyma, cellulitis, and other pyodermas may be caused by a wide range of infectious organisms. Because treatment often must be initiated before culture results are available, accurate recognition and appropriate empirical therapy are important. How familiar are you with management of common skin infections?
