Abstract
As this is the first Survey from the Corporate Compliance Committee, we begin with an overview and background of the subject, followed by an update on recent developments. Part I defines the field of corporate compliance and ethics and briefly describes its history; Part II reviews the various sources of compliance law and compliance and ethics standards; and Part III reviews compliance developments from the last year.
