Presents information on several activities and projects of the Tax Executive Committee (TEC). Revision of the preliminary report of the Quality Control Task Force on Statements on Standards for Tax Services; Comments from TEC on the proposal in the Tax Administration and Good Government Act of 2004; Submission of a letter by the TEC to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee and the House Ways and Means Committee supporting the American Jobs Creation Act of 2004.
