Abstract
The article presents an update on the activities of the Tax Executive Committee (TEC) of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Tax Division in the U.S. The Tax Adviser magazine is produced by the Tax Division. On April 11, 2006, the TEC submitted comments, prepared by the Tax Accounting technical resource panel to the Internal Revenue Service on proposed corporate estimated tax regulations.
