Background Fractional flow reserve (FFR) is pressure-wire guided technique to determine the functional significance of coronary artery stenosis in patients with stable ischemic heart disease. Major adverse cardiac events (MACE), mortality, non-fatal myocardial infarction (MI), revascularization, major bleeding, stroke and contrast-induced nephropathy (CIN) were the major outcomes.
