Abstract

Astrocytoma Diffuse midline glioma Ependymoma H3 K27-Altered Hemangioblastoma MYCN Myxopapillary Pilocytic
Neoplastic disorders of the spinal cord are uncommon but clinically significant causes of myelopathy. MR imaging is central to diagnosis, staging, surgical planning, and follow-up. This article provides a compartment-based imaging approach to spinal cord neoplasms, emphasizing distinct MR imaging features of common intramedullary tumors, conus and filum lesions, and modern tumor molecular classification.
