Abstract

Witnesses--Protection Criminal Justice Organized Crime
This article examines the initial recommendations for change of the witness protection program and the 1984 Reform Act to determine positive and/or negative effects. The article then suggests alternative approaches to the witness protection program in light of the critical legal and moral considerations surrounding its implementation.
