Abstract
Earlier this week, the NCAA sent a memo to schools announcing that the NCAA Board of Directors had charged its staff to “pursue significant penalties” for recruiting / transfer tampering violations and to be more public in announcing cases and investigations. The memo also kindly reminded schools of the current bylaw regarding improper tampering.
