Abstract
The article reports on how health care plan sponsors can use data to make decisions. Topics discussed include steps trustees and administrators should take to build a data-driven environment, adoption of data-driven mindset, and identification of indicators that can be tested over an agreed-upon period of time. Also mentioned is how data warehouse can reduce the challenge of conflicting data and information.
