The study aims to evaluate the sustained virologic response (SVR) rates in patients with HCV genotype 1 and HIV co-infection following combined ledipasvir and sofusbuvir administration. The results indicate that higher rates of SVR were observed among these patients following administration of combined ledipasvir and sofusbuvir.d
