Ukrainian Arbitration Association & ICC Ukraine joint event on compensation of war damage through confiscation of the Russian companies’ frozen assets. The discussion was based on the working paper, "Prosecution of Russian Corporations for War Crimes in Ukraine as a Precursor to Seizure of Frozen Corporate Assets in Foreign Jurisdictions."
