Dr. Megan Falke, DNP, APRN, NNP-BC, is a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner and Assistant Professor at Creighton University, where she serves as Neonatal Track Lead. A NICU clinician turned educator, she pairs bedside expertise with a fierce commitment to health equity. Her doctoral work launched a perinatal hospice program, and her research trajectory targets infant mortality by reducing disparities in neonatal outcomes through community building and postpartum support. Guided by the Jesuit value of cura personalis, she weaves Family-Centered, Perinatal Palliative, and Trauma-Informed Care into everything she teaches. A longtime community leader, she serves on three Omaha boards uplifting mothers and families.
